2) What Life Advisor is

Life Advisor is a Telegram-based digital service that provides self-help support through:

— short conversations based on how you feel (e.g., anxiety, stress, exhaustion), and

— optional paid access to chat limits and/or guided programs delivered inside Telegram.

Not therapy / not medical advice. Life Advisor is for self-help only and does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency services, diagnoses, or treatment.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4) Technical requirements

To use Life Advisor you need:

— a Telegram account, and

— internet access.

5) Free use

Free access to the “states chat” is limited to up to 5 messages per day (limits may change for stability and abuse prevention).

6) Paid services, prices, and taxes

We offer paid digital services (delivered inside Telegram) such as:

A) States chat plans (monthly access)

— Basic — €5.99 / 599 ⭐ / 599 ₽ · up to 20 messages/day

— Pro — €9.99 / 999 ⭐ / 999 ₽ · up to 50 messages/day

B) 7-day programs

— Any available 7-day program — €4.99 / 499 ⭐ / 499 ₽

Includes daily tasks delivered via Telegram + AI-coach conversation within the task flow.

Taxes/VAT: The final price (including any applicable taxes) is shown during checkout before you confirm payment.

7) Payments and providers

Payments are processed by third-party providers: Stripe, Telegram Stars, and YooKassa. We do not store your full payment card details.

A paid contract is formed when (1) payment is confirmed by the payment provider and (2) access is granted in Telegram.

8) Delivery and start of performance

Paid services are delivered digitally inside Telegram and, unless stated otherwise, start immediately after payment (instant access/performance).

9) Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation (monthly plans)

Monthly plans may renew automatically where supported by the payment method/provider.

Cancellation: You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period (you keep access until the period ends).
To cancel, contact onlinebebetter@gmail.com or @LifeAdvisorSupport and include the Telegram username and the payment method used (Stripe / Stars / YooKassa).

If you subscribed via a third-party platform’s subscription management (e.g., Telegram/Stripe), you may also cancel directly there when available.

10) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers) and the digital-content exception

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Digital services exception: When you buy a digital service that begins immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right can be lost if you (1) explicitly request immediate performance and (2) acknowledge that you lose the right once performance begins.

By purchasing paid services in Life Advisor, you request immediate performance (instant access) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service starts.

11) Refunds and troubleshooting

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, did not receive access, or experienced a technical failure, contact us at onlinebebetter@gmail.com
with:

— your Telegram username,

— date/time of payment,

— payment method (Stripe / Stars / YooKassa),

— a short description of the issue.

We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time and apply any mandatory consumer-law remedies where applicable.

12) Conformity of digital services (EU consumer remedies)

If the digital service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, EU rules may entitle you to remedies (e.g., bringing the service into conformity, price reduction, or termination, depending on the situation).

13) Acceptable use

You must not:

— use the service for illegal purposes,

— attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service,

— abuse the service (spam, automated misuse, harassment),

— infringe third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access for violations or to protect service integrity.

14) Intellectual property

All rights in the service, content, and materials belong to the Provider or licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

15) Liability

Life Advisor is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not allowed under mandatory consumer protection law.

16) Complaints and dispute resolution (ADR)

If you have a complaint, contact us first at onlinebebetter@gmail.com.

Consumers in the EU may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies where available. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use of the service after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.

18) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, while mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
